Riders
are responsible for organising their own insurance for the road sections of the
event. This can be obtained at sign on for an extra fee.
The organisers reserve the right to allocate a number of entries at their
discretion. Should the event be over-subscribed all other entries will be
selected by ballot.

Riders entering classes g, h, i, j are only eligible for their class win, first class awards or finishers awards.
Competitors may ride the Premier or Clubman sections, except that classes a, b, c, will all ride the Clubman sections.

I declare that I have had the opportunity to read the AMCA Code of Practice, (www.amca.uk.com) Trials Rules for Classic and Modern Machines, any supplementary regulations as may be issued for this event and the competition rules of the Company generally.
I further declare that I am physically and mentally fit to take part in the event and am competent to do so.
I confirm that I understand the nature and type of event and the risks involved with the sport and agree to accept these risks even if such risk may involve negligence on the part of the organisers/officials.
I further agree that I shall not seek to claim against the AMCA, their organisers or officials, the landowners, the promoter or other bodies or individuals connected with the event in respect of any damage to my property regardless of the cause, including any damage caused by the negligence or breach of statutory duty of the said bodies or persons.
Furthermore, in respect of any parts of this event on ground where third party insurance is not required by law, this agreement, in addition to the parties named above, shall extend to all costs, expenses and demands in respect of loss or damage to the person or property of myself, or associated personnel. I declare that I am over 16 years of age and hold a motorcycle road licence. I declare that the machine entered is suitable and roadworthy for the event and complies with the Road Traffic Regulations currently in force.
